I’m Ryan Dunn — chef, caterer, and lifelong foodie. I bring creativity and precision from the kitchen to private dining, crafting elevated meals for families and business owners. Outside of cooking, I’m a husband, a proud father, and a hockey enthusiast. Family, connection, and unforgettable experiences inspire everything I do — on the plate and off.

I completed my first year at Humber College in Toronto, learning from Certified Master Chefs — the highest culinary credential in Canada — and earned a culinary competition award, standing out among hundreds of students. Later coming back home to Niagara to complete my last year.

Chef, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, Alberta 

Luxury Michelin Star Hotel

Working in multiple restaurants within the hotel. From mountaineering inspired concepts to fine dining and all in between. 

Restaurant Chef, Marriott Niagara Falls

Corporate Chef , Hotel Executive Sous Chef

Overseeing all kitchen operations for the corporate restaurant and assisting with banquet functions for the hotel.
