Chef Ryan Dunn is a seasoned culinary professional with over 15 years of experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, catering, and hospitality. A graduate of Niagara College’s Culinary Management program, he has honed his craft at renowned establishments including The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, Marriott, The Riverbend Inn, and leading local caterers.

He specializes in elevated on-site dining, bringing restaurant-quality dishes directly to your home or event. Every experience is crafted with fresh ingredients, modern presentation, and a personalized approach.

Sample Menu

Amuse-Bouche

Warm brie encased in crisp phyllo, topped with peach chutney and balsamic pearls, finished with candied pecans and a delicate drizzle of thyme honey.

Main Course

Tender, slow-cooked beef fillet served with silky pomme purée, charred rappini, and pickled shallot, complemented by a rich Madeira wine reduction.

Dessert

A decadent chocolate ganache tart crowned with golden meringue, maple caramel, and a cloud of marshmallow mousse, lightly scented with rosemary to evoke the alpine forest.
